at the HTX Whiskey Weekend
City Place | Spring, TX
In a tented space overlooking City Place Park, this festive, ticketed dinner will feature a curated, four-course dinner program created in partnership with HTX Whiskey Weekend.
The evening will combine the talents of Pitmasters Robin Wong, Terry Wong, and Quy Hoang of Blood Brother’s BBQ, along with Chef Arash Kharat and Chef Alyssa Dole of Luloo’s Day and Night – a new concept from Blood Bros. BBQ.
Still Austin will be serving a signature welcome cocktail, and wine pairings are included with each course. Sam Turner & The Cactus Cats will get you dancing later on in the evening!
Tickets are $185 per person.

Spring 2023 Butcher's Ball Round Top Farm-to-Table Dinner

Our Spring 2023 edition of The Butcher's Ball Farm to Table Dinner series will take place Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th at The Halles in Round Top. Both dinners will be showcasing two of the best chefs cooking in Texas right now.
Friday, March 24th
Chef Tony Luhrman of El Topo, the reigning two-time winner of the Golden Cleaver (2018 & 2022) and his crew will create a multi-course meal utilizing products sourced within a 100-mile radius of Round Top. Guests will be welcomed with bites and delicious cocktails from the Butcher's Ball's favorite bar wizard Robin Berwick (Double Trouble Caffeine & Cocktails).
Post-dinner live music from Christopher Seymore
$175 per person. Tickets include wine pairings from Chapelton Vineyardswith each course, and welcome cocktails.
Saturday, March 25th
2022 James Beard Taste Twenty Chef Michelle Wallace will create a menu sources from local farms with her special southern twist and stellar barbecue skills. She is the 2021 Culturemap Houston Rising Star Nominee and recently competed in Season 3 of Food Network's BBQ Brawl. Guests will be welcomed with bites and delicious cocktails from the Butcher's Ball's favorite bar wizard Robin Berwick (Double Trouble Caffeine & Cocktails).
Post-dinner live music from Western Bling

In conjunction with HTX Whiskey Weekend 2022, this Butcher's Ball Farm to Table Dinner featured a curated, four-course dinner combining the talents of three of Houston's superstar chefs - Evelyn Garcia, Sasha Grumman, and Dawn Burrell. Wine pairings were courtesy of Jonata, The Hilt, and The Paring, along with pre-dinner cocktails and live music.

The Spring 2021 Butcher’s Ball Farm to Table Dinner Series continued our collaborative tradition by integrating Texas’ unique culinary perspectives into the traditional Round Top Antique Show experience. Each dinner featured two notable Texas-based chefs working together to create a five-course meal from products sourced within a 100-mile radius. From show-stopping open-flame cooking techniques to locally-sourced to live music, each Farm to Table Dinner presented an unforgettable dining experience.
